Anantara lists deluxe rooms and suites by the Mae Ping River, with garden-view and river-view categories. Choose the view and suite category explicitly when comparing offers.

The resort and Anantara Chiang Mai Serviced Suites have separate accommodation listings. Check the property and building on your reservation rather than treating all suites as the same product.
Heritage-inspired suites
137 Pillars House Chiang Mai
The official site lists Rajah Brooke, East Borneo, D.F. MacFie, William Bain Terrace and Louis Leonowens Pool suites. Layouts and sleeping arrangements vary.

The Louis Leonowens Pool Suite explicitly includes a private swimming pool. Do not assume the other suite categories offer the same feature.
