A closer look at North Island: a private-island stay where the villa layout and the journey to the island matter as much as the beach.

North Island, two villa choices
This is a focused guide to one private-island resort, not a ranking of all Seychelles hotels. North Island distinguishes its Beachfront Villas from the larger Villa North.
North Island · East Beach
Beachfront Villas
The Beachfront Villas open towards East Beach from private gardens. Each has a private plunge pool and a separate study that the resort can rearrange for a family stay.
Room details to compare
Ask how the study will be configured for your party, including bedding and children’s ages. Confirm the exact occupancy and sleeping arrangement before booking.
North Island · Elevated terraces
Villa North
Villa North has elevated decks, a private plunge pool, a secluded sala and a firepit. Its separate study can also be rearranged for families.
Room details to compare
This is a distinct villa category. Discuss the layout and elevated terraces with the resort if step-free access or a particular family arrangement is essential.
Before you book
Confirm the whole island journey
Coordinate arrival and departure with the resort before committing to flights. Ask for the current transfer method, schedule, luggage limits, charges and weather arrangements, together with the inclusions in your villa offer.
Plan with confidence
Is North Island an adults-only resort?
The official accommodation page describes family configurations in both villa types. Do not assume an adults-only policy; confirm the arrangements and applicable conditions for your party. Official source ↗
Where can I check prices and availability?
Enter your dates, guest count and exact room category on the official hotel website. Compare the full total, meal plan, transfers and cancellation conditions. LuxStay does not take payments or confirm reservations here.
Do these photographs show my booked room?
Captions identify the official property or room category shown. Public spaces and selected villa photographs do not guarantee the view, layout or facilities of every room. Match your booking to its own gallery and floor plan.
